The Portland Commons has won a 2023 Green Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies. This internationally recognized award acknowledges exceptional achievements in environmentally sustainable design and positive impacts on the global environment.

Located in Toronto’s downtown King-West district, Portland Commons infills an underdeveloped site with a new office building inspired by the vibrant heritage blocks of the neighbourhood. Portland Commons is designed to achieve LEED Zero Carbon, LEED v4 Platinum, WELL Building Gold, and WiredScore Platinum.
