Canada Life Place: A Fresh Look for London's Premier Arena

Well, hello, good friend! EllisDon is proud to revisit Canada Life Place (formerly Budweiser Gardens), a cornerstone of the London community that we originally built in 2002. It's time for a refresh, and we're at the helm of the Phase 1A project, infusing new energy into this premier entertainment venue.

It is an honour to continue the work on this facility as it was also originally built in 2002 by EllisDon! Being awarded the renovation project for Canada Life Place speaks true to our dedication of building great relationships with our clients.

With a focus on enhancing the interior, we've embarked on a complete renovation of the luxury suites, corridors, and concession stands, setting the stage for an improved fan experience. The renovation will impact the community by attracting a greater variety of performances and events, boosting local revenue.

Here's what's happening:

  • Suite and Concession Upgrades: A modern facelift to elevate comfort and style.
  • Phase 2 Expansion: On the horizon, with plans to increase event space, revamp the London Knights' facilities, and more.

Managed by our Special Projects Division, the project showcases EllisDon's expertise from demolition to carpentry. As we look forward to Phase 2, we anticipate collaboration across our diverse service offerings.

As Canada Life Place transforms, it continues to contribute to London's vibrancy and appeal as a top destination for entertainment and sports.
