The Story
The Dorian Hotel project involves the construction of a new 27-storey dual-brand Marriott Autograph Collection and Courtyard Marriott hotel.
The development will include a four-level underground parkade, and amenity spaces, including:
• 308 luxury rooms, of which 133 will be Autograph Collections rooms and the remaining 175 will be Courtyard Marriott rooms;
• A restaurant and rest lounge on the entire 27th floor with an exterior patio;
• A fitness centre;
• A conference centre with multiple meeting rooms; and
• A bistro on the 2nd floor.
The exterior consists of unitized curtain wall with a unique frit pattern on the north elevation. The east and west exterior walls are zinc panels with scattered light boxes.
