Scope

  • Involved the interior fit-out of the largest wholesale colocation data center in Canada within an existing building.
  • Involved the addition of a 28 MW of critical power capacity, and associated cooling and support services, and planning for 46 MW of capacity between all phases, which has since increased to 56 MW of capacity.
  • The design of the facility accommodated the phased build-out of additional computer rooms, generators, computer room cooling, critical UPS load, and critical power distribution.
  • Achieved LEED Silver Certification.
