Brentwood Town Centre is a mixed-use, transit-oriented redevelopment built upon the existing 500,000 sq. ft. mall in North Burnaby, BC. With over 600,000 sq. ft of new commercial and retail spaces, “The Amazing Brentwood” showcases an extensive mall expansion and space for premium retail shops accompanied by world-class amenities ranging from restaurants to entertainment and unique public spaces. The project included six levels of underground parking with a service and loading bay level. Above this, there is a podium consisting of three levels of retail and outdoor living space, including a plaza connection to the Brentwood Town Centre Skytrain Station Platform. In addition to this work, two stages of relocation of site services were completed—this allowed the mall to remain fully operational during construction.500,000 SF Brentwood Mall.
