EllisDon Listed as one Canada’s Top 100 Employers for the seventh consecutive time by Mediacorp Canada Inc.

Today, EllisDon was among the winners named by Mediacorp Canada Inc.’s Canada’s Top 100 Employers Competition for its 7th consecutive year. This year’s competition aimed to identify the companies and organizations leading the nation in attracting and retaining employees through outstanding human resources practices and organizational cultures.Canada’s Top 100 Employers is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. Employers are compared to other organizations in their field and are evaluated using a number of criteria to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs.This year, Mediacorp’s Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition reviewed the recruitment histories of over 90,000 employers and invited 7,500 of these to apply. Winners are selected based on exceptional standards in physical workplaces; work and social atmospheres, health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time-off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.Mediacorp Canada Inc. is the nation’s largest publisher of employment periodicals and has managed the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project since 1999.
